In Honor of February Tradition
This month, we as African-American people celebrate Black History month and the many pioneers who came before us to create a better life for those of us today. In honor of this, I created a loc jewel for remembrance.

A Special Thanks
A special thanks goes out to my mother who was a tremendous help to me all day long. In addition, my good friend Desirae Douglas, who has my loc jewels adorned in her long luxurious locs, and my cousin Kaycee Polite, who is just starting her locs. Thank you so much guys for your hard work and dedication!!
Nappiology Expo 2011
Good morning!
This time last Saturday I was selling my jewels at the Nappiology Expo in Hurst, TX coordinated by De Phillips Johnson. It was a wonderful experience and I was able to sell my loc jewelry, earrings and children's jewelry. Most importantly, I was able to assess the needs and fashion desires of the people who were interested in my work. It was also nice to network with other fellow natural hair care stylists, Locticians and those who created their own natural hair products.
